Wedding Investment

It all begins and ends with the experience. Anyone can take photos, but your experience can make or break your wedding day.

WE DON'T JUST TAKE PICTURES, WE CARE ABOUT YOUR LEVEL OF CONFIDENCE IN OUR TEAM, AND THAT YOU ARE IN GREAT HANDS.

OUR WEDDING PACKAGES START AT $3,000* WITH 2 PHOTOGRAPHERS, UNLIMITED IMAGES, AND FULL-DIGITAL FILES WITH PRINT RIGHTS ON EVERY PACKAGE. OUR AVERAGE COUPLE SPENDS $3,500–$4,500.

The Experience

Yes, I am a wedding photographer, but I am so much more than showing up, taking a few hundred (ok, thousand) photos, delivering them, and wishing you farewell at the end of your wedding journey. I take pride in not being "just" your photographer, but oftentimes your wedding coordinator, dress fluffer, hairdresser, makeup artist, referee, advocate, honorary bridesmaid, and yes, your friend.

From the Start

We begin with a free 45-minute consultation – in person over coffee, or via Google Video in your pajamas. We discuss what you want, what you love (and hate), we can flip through your Pinterest board to see your vision, we gather details about your wedding party, the timeline for the day, family interactions, and more.

Engagement Session Time

I recommend to every couple that I meet, regardless of whether you choose me in the end or not, "Have an engagement shoot with your wedding photographer." It's not required to be my client, but it definitely helps you solidify your decision when selecting who you will be spending 8+ hours with on your wedding day. I have actually turned down clients because I just didn't feel like we were a fit after the engagement session.

In addition, during my sessions, I teach you and your fiancé how to pose, so on your wedding day, your formals will fly, and you can enjoy your cocktail hour. By learning to pose in advance, you will know how to naturally stand, turn, placement of hands, so you look your absolute best in all of your photos.

90-Days Out

You will start receiving emails from me about every two weeks leading up to your wedding. These emails will include a packing list, mailing me your invitation, and creating your shot list of family formals and the timeline for the entire day to make sure you are getting all the important shots we've already discussed. This comes down even to all the names of your bridal party, finding that key person I can go to with questions, so you can truly relax.

Your Wedding Day Has Arrived!

You have your timeline in hand, and you get a text from me when I am headed your way. Our team arrives, we follow the plan, and if something comes up, we roll with the punches and make it work. Let us handle the snafus, and just enjoy your day. We can always change things up if HAMU runs behind, or the cake hasn't been put out at the reception. We make the best of things, and in many cases, get some great extra photos from it all!

30 Days Later, Your Photos Are Ready!

You will start seeing sneak peeks of your photos within 48 hours on our social media, but within 30 days, you will have access to your online secured gallery to share with the world. It will then be followed up with a custom USB drive with all of your high-resolution images. If you have ordered an album, we'll both get to work on building it together, and you will have memories that you will never forget because we made time to capture them all.

The most common question we receive is, "How much?"

We take extreme pride in the service we provide to our clients. Yes, there are plenty of photographers out there with better deals on packages and "freebies", but we also know every client we serve, we give 100% from day one.

FAQ

Do you shoot destination weddings?

Absolutely! We will discuss pricing with you once we know the location, dates, and other details to determine your package price.

Will there be a second shooter?

Yes. Our packages always include a 2nd shooter at all weddings. Think of it as an insurance policy – a guest could block a view, a battery die, but with two photographers at every event, we are guaranteed to capture the biggest moments of your day.

Can I extend the session on the day of my wedding?

By all means, yes. Our packages are flexible with the amount of time we provide, but we will certainly come earlier than planned, or stay longer if needed, at your request. There is an hourly rate available for additional time.

Do I have to order prints through you?

Do you have to? No, but we strongly recommend using our printer for archival-quality printing and paper that will never fade or crack. We offer matte and pearl papers plus canvas, and sizes 4x6 to 20x30. The printers we source are used by professional photographers around the world.

With that said, we do provide a document with your digital images that allows you to take them to any printer of your choice.

Do you provide the native photo files?

We do not provide native files. We provide final JPG files in hi-resolution for printing. The average client does not have the software to open files straight out of camera.

How long do you keep my images?

Currently we only offer archived storage for 1 year as part of our base package. If you prefer us to archive longer, we can do so for a nominal yearly fee.

Do I own the copyright to my images?

Parker Photography owns all rights to images and video obtained during events. We reserve the right to use them for marketing such as ads, social media, and showing to future clients. You will receive a document that allows you to print the images unrestricted, however you do not own the rights to the images.
